Unit Supervisor

Supports the program treatment and intervention philosophy by instructing and assuring its implementation and practice by all unit staff in their work with youth. Supervise unit Youth Advocate I, Youth Advocate II, and Night Monitor Staff. Provide leadership for all members of the team; attend all necessary meetings; teach and guide staff through the use of on-going supervision.

Counseling Service Office Manager

Responsible for providing oversight of daily operations of the department ensuring that business tasks are completed efficiently. Provides guidance and oversees the organization of work flow to staff and volunteers in Counseling Services.

Night Monitor Sub

Provides to the children in the Residential Treatment Program direct care support and counseling based on asset building treatment plans developed by the therapist and treatment team. Assures that a positive, non-coercive, non-punitive and strength-based therapeutic milieu is maintained so that all children are treated with dignity and respect and are able to progress towards being safe and thriving physically, emotionally and spiritually.

Service Center Secretary/Receptionist (Afternoons/Evenings)

Greet and receive clients, partners, visitors and the general public, both personally in the reception area and over the telephone. Assist clients with their requests; announce clients and visitors to the appropriate staff; transfer telephone calls to staff and/or voicemail as directed. Other duties as assigned.

Adoption Caseworker

Performs all required adoption casework services for children in the foster care programs of this agency, for whom adoption is a permanency planning goal. In addition, the caseworker will complete family assessments for those individuals wishing to adopt infants and special needs children. Works collaboratively with pregnancy counselors and provides post-adoption services.

Youth Advocate I (Part Time)

Provides to the children in the Residential Treatment Programs direct care support and counseling based on the asset building treatment plans developed by the therapist and treatment team.

Mental Health/Substance Abuse Therapist (Part Time)

The mental health/substance abuse therapist will provide clinical service and needed related services for clients who are eligible for and requesting mental health or substance abuse service from the clinic.

Youth Advocate – Sub

Provides to the children in the Residential Treatment Programs direct care support and counseling based on the asset building treatment plans developed by the therapist and treatment team.

Youth Advocate II – Part Time

The Youth Advocate II (YA-II) supports CCAP’s program treatment and intervention philosophy by assuring its implementation and practice, and promotes, enacts, and role-models the proper implementation of therapeutic and intervention strategies in working with assigned children/youth placed in the program.

Faith Based Mental Health Therapist

The mental health therapist will provide clinical service and needed related services for clients who are requesting Catholic based counseling services. This position will be filled by a faithful Catholic who is fully qualified to provide outstanding clinical and related services, and who will, where appropriate, ground the interventions and desired outcomes in Catholic values, as expressed in Scripture, in the Catechism, and elsewhere in teachings of the Catholic Church.
