STVCC: Refugee Services (Full Video)

St. Vincent Catholic Charities’ Refugee Services settles approximately 600-700 refugees a year. In total they have settled about 15,000 refugees in the Greater Lansing Area. With the incredible generosity and cooperation from the community, we are able to help them with housing, finding work, obtaining an education, and learning how to become self sufficient in our country. “Their success is our success,” says Denise Sullivan, STVCC’s Job Development Coordinator.

“They come from a diverse background, different cultures, but they all have a common goal, and that’s self-sufficiency and making a better life for themselves.”

Thank you to The City of Lansing for making this wonderful video about our refugee service program.
